WHAT ARE EDIBLE ICING SHEETS
Each sheet consists of a flexible, impeccably smooth layer of icing infused with a subtle vanilla flavor, presented in white and attached to a paper backing for ease of handling and compatibility with printers. These sheets can be effortlessly peeled after printing. Once detached from the backing, the edible icing remains highly pliable and easy to manipulate without the risk of cracking or tearing. Icing sheets are the favored choice of edible paper for decorating cakes and cupcakes.
SIZING
Our pre-cut circles measure 7.5 inches, and the squares are also pre-cut, allowing for easy peeling and application on your cake.
Additionally, we offer a smaller 6-inch circle or square on an A4 sheet, which will require you to cut it out using clean scissors.
On an A4 sheet with a printable area of 10 by 7.5 inches, we can accommodate any size you desire, including multiple images for cutting.
We also provide printing on pre-cut edible ribbon sheets, which feature three pre-cut strips that can be wrapped around your cake, totaling approximately 30 inches in length and 2.5 inches in height.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WAFER PAPER & ICING SHEETS
Rice paper, also referred to as wafer paper, is entirely edible and composed of potato starch, water, and oil, with a thickness of 0.35mm.
Wafer card is essentially the same as rice paper but has a greater thickness of 0.65mm, making it ideal for crafting stand-up cake toppers for cakes.
Fondant or icing sheets consist of a thin layer of white icing adhered to a backing sheet. These high-quality sheets are fully edible and meet various dietary requirements, being gluten-free, nut-free, lactose-free, kosher, and suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
