No physical item will be shipped. Your file will be emailed within 1–2 business days (often sooner).
You can print the file at home or have it printed by a bakery or print shop.
Digital files are NOT edible unless printed on icing sheets, wafer paper, or other certified edible paper using edible ink.
If using a bakery, please check with them before ordering to make sure they accept customer-supplied digital files. Some bakeries may refuse to print certain designs.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable, even if a bakery refuses to print your file.

We offer both pre-cut sheets (ready to use straight away) and uncut sheets (easy to trim at home), so you can choose the option that best suits your cake design.
Circles (7.5″) – Pre-Cut. Already cut to size, just peel and place on your cake
Squares (7.5″) – Pre-cut. Also ready-cut for quick and easy application.
6″ Circle or Square (on A4 sheet) – Not pre-cut. Printed on an A4 sheet; simply cut out with clean scissors.
Custom Sizes on A4 Sheet – Not pre-cut. The printable area is 10″ x 7.5″. Perfect for a single large design or several smaller images you can cut out yourself.
Edible Ribbon Sheets – Supplied pre-cut into three strips (each approx. 2.5″ high). Together, they total about 30″ long, ideal for wrapping around your cake.
Edible Cake Wrap– Not pre-cut. It is a full-size A4 sheet of a design that wraps around your cake.  The printable area is 10″ x 7.5″
Drinks Toppers – printed on edible WAFER card
*Pre-cut means the toppers are already cut to size and ready to go on your cake
*Not Pre-Cut means your topper is printed on an A4 sheet and that you will have to cut it out yourself.Â
Shelf Life of the Icing Sheet is 6 months once stored in the grip seal bag it comes in. YOU CAN REMOVE THE TOPPER TO CHECK IT WHEN IT ARRIVES & THEN PLACE IT BACK IN THE BAG UNTIL YOU NEED IT. They do not need refrigeration! Keep the picture in this bag until you are ready to use it.
